What will I be doing?
In this position you will serve as the point person for all travel, tours management, venue and vendor coordination, and contractor management.
The role requires managing several projects at once, potentially across multiple suppliers.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
Find fare and schedule information
Book all necessary flights, rental vehicles, hotels and special events, such as tours and excursions for clients.
Provide reservation information and travel confirmations via email to appropriate individuals/parties.
Create travel groupings to/from the airport/hotel for large groups and communicate these plans to the necessary individuals/parties.
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
